Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refund

This document explains how you can end your subscription, when you are entitled to a refund and how to exercise your right of withdrawal. It is based on Articles 9-16 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Right of withdrawal — period and procedure

2. When the right of withdrawal does not apply

3. Refund — amount and deadline

4. Cancellation (after the withdrawal period)

5. Trial period

The trial requires no card details and does not convert into a paid subscription by itself, so no amount arises to be refunded during the trial.

6. Purchases through app stores

For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, the store collects the payment. Cancellation and refund requests for those purchases go directly to the store under its own rules; the seller cannot technically intervene. You are still welcome to write to us and we will help where we can.

7. Defective service and your statutory options

Under Article 15 of Law No. 6502, if the service is defective you may choose between having the service performed again, a price reduction proportionate to the defect, rescission of the contract, or free repair. These rights are independent of the right of withdrawal and are subject to a two-year limitation period.

8. Model withdrawal form

Use of this form is not mandatory; any statement clearly expressing your decision to withdraw is valid.

9. Complaints
